What makes a Kindomy song personal?+
Their name and the details you confirm become part of the story. Your child plays, discovers and shares adventures with the people they love.
Do the samples already use my child’s name?+
These are existing 45-second recordings so you can hear the sound. Choosing a collection does not change them. Personalization will use the confirmed details of your order.
What is in each music collection?+
10 songs and 1 story for COP 25,000; 20 songs and 3 stories for COP 45,000; or 30 songs and 6 stories for COP 65,000. Activity kits are a separate product line.
Can I pay on this website now?+
This website is not accepting payments yet. You can listen, compare and prepare your choice. Delivery and access terms will be confirmed before orders open. A demonstration button will not charge you.
Where will I listen to complete songs and stories?+
In your private library, using your account and the content assigned to your order. Public samples are separate files. Accounts are linked after payment is verified, not simply when a payment screenshot is received.
Which ages have activities?+
The current collections cover ages 2 and 3. Choices take age, time, interests and materials into account. Full collections for every age are not available yet.
Do I need teaching experience or lots of supplies?+
Activities have short steps and show what you need before you start. You accompany, observe and adapt. If a material is missing or the timing is not right, choose a different experience.
What about English, recipes and everyday skills?+
The current collections for ages 2 and 3 include introductory English activities, everyday skills and ten recipes, each with seven illustrated and narrated steps. English is organized by stage and is not yet a complete course. You can check what is available in your kit.
Does Kindomy replace school or professional care?+
It is a family music and guided-play experience. It does not diagnose, score development or replace professional care. Every child participates at their own pace.
Does buying music include the activity kit?+
They are two separate product lines within one platform. Each purchase provides permanent individual access to its purchased content. The activity kit is not advertised as a gift with a music purchase.
